20 federal agencies join the department in adding to the National Climate Resilience Framework.
The Department of Commerce recently released its updated Climate Adaptation Plan, joining over 20 federal agencies to solidify a unified strategy to address the impacts of climate change. The agencies of President Biden’s administration are collectively releasing strategies to begin addressing carbon dioxide and rising global temperatures within their areas of jurisdiction.
“The Commerce Department is prepared to leverage all of its bureaus, and our dedicated workforce, to ensure this administration and communities across the nation have the data, tools, and resources they need to mitigate the impacts of climate change while building a better, more resilient, America,” said Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo.
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For Secretary Raimondo and Commerce Department officials to seek God’s direction as they head efforts to address climate change.
- For wisdom for administration officials as they work to mitigate carbon emissions.
